Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in the quaint village of Wimberley, Rocky River Ranch has been operating
as a private summer camp for girls since 1953. They are a residential summer camp offering a variety of session lengths.

The Texas Hill Country is a favorite with cycling enthusiasts.
Wimberley is located in the Hill Country along the eastern
edge of the Edwards Plateau. In spring and fall, several organized tours are sponsored along these roads and are popular with
those who enjoy the special challenge and reward of cycling over Hill Country terrain. All roads leaving Wimberley Valley
lead uphill, and start with a long, gradual uphill grade. Several roads cross Onion Creek, one of the longest and prettiest
creeks in central Texas. Terrain: rolling hills, with one big climb on RM 165.
Roads: moderate
to heavy traffic on the roads around Dripping Springs (RM 12, RM 150, and US 290). RM 3237 may have some traffic, especially
