The Efficiency has an outdoor patio complete with patio furniture and a BBQ and is  just 60 feet off Cypress Creek. 

There is an additional deck with stairs down to the Creek and a grassy area along the creek's edge to picnic, read or just chill out and is for everyones's use.

The Efficiency sleeps two and has a Queen Bed and a couch.  There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a bathroom with a large shower.  There is no stove.
All linens and bath towels are provided. Cable w/HBO/DVD.  Also provided are two folding chairs for the creek. 

All Cabins have access to Cypress Creek
